Regular workout increases the blood flow to the skin, buffers the effects of stress, aging and reports better sleep.
Moisturize – One of the quickest ways to have a glowing skin is to moisturize. With regular moisturizing, you can reduce skin problems and extreme dryness. Make sure you are using the right kind of moisturizer to maintain the skin balance. Also, while going to bed no matter how tired and sleepy you are, take off your time to remove makeup and wash your face.
Eat Right- As rightly said, you are what you eat. A healthy and balanced diet is important to have good skin and hair. The healthier diet you will consume, the better your skin will look. Have more leafy green vegetables, vitamin C rich fruits, fatty foods (good fat) like walnuts, soy, avocados, coconut etc..
